Unlike a lot of fitness organizations, our approach is client centric. We analyze your current situation together, determine your major priorities, needs, and wants as they relate to your overall wellbeing.

We then craft a working strategy that gets you from where you are today to where you want to be in a safe and timely manner. All the while you will have fun and are treated as an individual, not a number.

Our 10 Commandments

  • Attitude is the only difference between an ordeal and an adventure.
  • You don’t need a new program, you need to stay consistent.
  • If you hate a training program, the likely hood of you sticking with it are most likely 0- find a program you like.
  • Strength training over excessive cardio to get lean muscle! It will not make you bulky.
  • Strength training is hard to learn because it’s slower- I promise, it’s life changing mentally + physically.
  • Ladies, you cannot out-train a bad diet. Focus on more protein throughout the day.
  • Health is the greatest luxury of our life.
  • You will have crazy weeks where fitness + nutrition is not your priority – do not let this spiral from 1 week to 6. Get back up!
  • “I have to workout” to “I get to workout” – what a gift it is to have moving legs. Health is the greatest luxury of our life!
  • We do not workout through pain. This program is meant to enhance your life
